The first workshop focused on the methodological aspects in formulating the Strategy against Organised Crime, aiming to provide the participants with unified methodological knowledge on the development and formulation of this strategic document. The workshop aimed to address also gaps identified over years in the formulating process of strategic documents which among others have been caused by the asymmetry of the knowledge of the institutions and persons involved in the process.
