The Center for the Study of Democracy and Governance (CSDG) organized on 17 December at Ministry of Justice’s premises, the Roundatable: “Monitoring the progress of the establishment’s process of the Special Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Structure and the Special Courts Against Corruption and Organized Crime”.
This roundtable was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice with the support of the Open Society Foundation for Albania (OSFA), in the framework of the project “Strengthen public information and participation in the implementation of judicial reform through monitoring, evaluation and communication of the establishment and functioning of the institutions to combat corruption and organized crime”.
During the Roundtable were presented the findings of the “First Monitoring Report on the progress of the establishment of the Special Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Structure (SPAK) and Special Courts against Corruption and Organized Crime” and was discussed with speakers and participants of Albanian public institutions, international representatives and experts on the progress of the establishment’s process of the Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Courts and SPAK.
