Artan Puto has worked for a long time as a history lecturer. He studied at the Department of History, at the Faculty of History and Philology of the University of Tirana and in 1995 obtained a MA Degree in History from Central European University in Budapest, Hungary. In 2010 he obtained the title of Doctor of Science from the European University Institute, Department of History and Civilization, in Florence, Italy. During the period between 2013-2014 he held the position of Director of the Archaeological Service Agency. Artan Puto was a researcher at the Central State Archive, a correspondent for the daily newspaper “Koha Jonë” and a local director of the Dutch Foundation “Press Now”. In the period 2002-2005 he was a collaborator of “Osservatorio sui Balcani” and a researcher in the project “We the People”, organized by the Center for Advanced Studies and the Collegium Budapest. Artan Puto is a project collaborator and author of various articles.

Prof. Assoc. Dr. Eva Tafili has a long academic experience. Since 1997 she has been a lecturer at the Faculty of History and Philology and the Institute of European Studies. She graduated from the Faculty of History and Philology, University of Tirana and studied at the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium for European Studies. In 2009 she received the academic title of Associate Professor (Prof. Assoc.) at the University of Tirana. Eva Tafili has been Head of the Department of Distance Education at the University of Tirana; Director (Dean) of the Institute of European Studies, University of Tirana and Head of the Department of History at the Faculty of History and Philology, University of Tirana. Eva Tafili is the author of a number of scientific researches and publications.

Prof. Assoc. Dr. Indrit Baholli is the Dean of Information Technology and Innovation Faculty at University “Luarasi”. He has previously worked as the administrator of the Faculty of Economics at University “Luarasi”. He has a long managerial experience in the public and private sector. Prof. Assoc. Dr. Indrit Baholli, meanwhile, has academic experience working at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics, and 6 years at the European University of Tirana as Head of the Department of Informatics, Mathematics and Statistics. Prof. Assoc. Dr. Indrit Baholli has worked for various institutions, such as: Ministry of Defense of Albania, Electricity Regulatory Entity, Albanian Power Corporation and CEZ Shpërndarje.

Petrit Gaçi is an experienced lawyer. He was graduated in 1988 in Law, University of Tirana and has participated in a number of national and international trainings. He has exercised duties in several public institutions such as the Ministry of Defense (Director of Legal Department), Council of Ministers (Lawyer) and the Shkodra Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office (Prosecutor). During the period between 2007-2013 he was a lecturer at the Catholic University “Our Lady of Good Counsel” University.

Ylli Molla is a professional journalist since 1992. He started his career in the newspaper “Luftëtari” (“Ushtria”) as a journalist and editor-in-chief. Later, in the newspaper “Shekulli”, editor of the chronicle and the editorial office of the investigation. Editor-in-Chief of the magazine “Spektër” in 2001, director of the ALNA News Agency in 2002. Until the end of 2005, editor-in-chief and director of the newspaper “Dita”. In the years between 2006-2007, editor and editor-in-chief of the newspaper “Telegraf”. Editor-in-Chief of VIP Albania magazine in 2011. From 2006 onwards, editor-in-chief of Botart Publishing House.
