The Center for the Study of Democracy and Governance has published the Report “Baseline Assessment of the Intersectoral Strategy for Combating Organised Crime, Illicit Trafficking and Terrorism 2013-2020”.

The report provides a comprehensive assessment of the content of the strategy and the monitoring and evaluation of its implementation and the results achieved.

In absence of any publicly available report on the implementation of the Intersectoral Strategy for a period of seven years, the report is a valuable source of information for policy makers, civil society, journalist and academia.

The report is the first of its kind in terms of the timespan covered and framework of analysis produced by a civil society organization. It is one of the outputs of the project Baseline Assessment of the Albanian Intersectoral Strategy on Countering Organised Crime 2013-2020” implemented with the support of the Embassy of the Netherlands in Albania in the framework of the MATRA program.
