Timeline on Establishment’ process of the Special Courts and the Special Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Structure (SPAK)

The establishment of the Special Courts and the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime was finalized in December 2019. The steps towards the creation of these institutions were completed in about 1 (one) year, including the fulfillment of legal and administrative procedures.
For the purpose of informing and communicating the relevant procedures essential for the start of operation of these institutions, the Center for the Study of Democracy and Governance has prepared a timeline.
